Nie koneksje polityczne, ale świetna znajomość branży i umiejętność organizacji pracy - to cechy, jakimi odznacza się dobry szef zdaniem respondentów GfK Polonia przeprowadzonych na zlecenie "Rzeczpospolitej".

Prawie 60 proc. Polaków uważa, że dobry menedżer powinien przede wszystkim znać branżę, w której działa. Poza tym cenimy u szefów: sprawność w organizacji pracy (53 proc. badanych), inteligencję emocjonalną - umięjętność pracy w zespole (31 proc.), a także umięjętność dostrzegania talentów i najlepszych pracowników (30 proc.).

Nieco mniej liczą się zdolności analityczne szefa, na które zwraca uwagę nieco ponad 1/4 Polaków. Wśród 8 pożądanych cech szefa jego kontakty w kręgach politycznych oceniono jako najmniej istotną zaletę - wskazało je tylko 13 proc. badanych.

Wśród dowodów na sukces szefa ankietowani na zlecenie "Rzeczpospolitej" wymienili: dynamiczny i stały wzrost sprzedaży (49 proc.), wzrost zysków (44 proc.), wzmocnienie jakości i marki produktów (39 proc.), a także modernizację firmy (38 proc.).
