W poniedziałek prezes ZNTK Ryszard Ekiert ujawnił, że PKP Cargo zażądało od niego trzech milionów złotych łapówki.
W poniedziałek prezes firmy Ryszard Ekiert ujawnił, że PKP Cargo zażądało od niego trzech milionów złotych łapówki. W zamian za zlecenie naprawy wagonów w Łapach. Taką propozycję miał też usłyszeć później dyrektor handlowy spółki.
Rzecznik warszawskiej firmy przysłał nam odpowiedź na zarzuty: „Traktujemy je (...) jako naruszenie dobrego imienia spółki oraz próbę wywarcia nacisku, celem uzyskania zleceń na naprawy wagonów z pominięciem zasad wolnego rynku i obowiązujących w spółce procedur”.
Zarząd PKP Cargo zapewnia też, że nikt z jej pracowników nie chciał pieniędzy. Przyznaje jednak, że gdy tylko dowiedział się o pretensjach prezesa ZNTK, natychmiast zostały powiadomione „służby ochrony państwa”. Prokuraturę powiadomił też prezes ZNTK.
Śledztwo prowadzi ABW w Białymstoku pod nadzorem Prokuratury Okręgowej w Warszawie. Na razie nikomu nie postawiono zarzutów.
Rzecznik warszawskiej firmy przypomina też, że wagony będą naprawiane przez pracowników PKP Cargo. Oznacza to, że ZNTK nie dostanie zamówień.
A to fatalna wiadomość dla pracowników z Łap. Z powodu braku kontraktów cała załoga do końca marca jest na przymusowych urlopach wypoczynkowych. Ale już wiadomo, że nie wszyscy wrócą do pracy. Dziś w zakładzie miały zostać wywieszone listy pracowników do zwolnienia.
– Na razie pracujemy nad kryteriami. Listy będą w przyszłym miesiącu – mówi Ryszard Ekiert. Wiadomo, że z firmy ma odejść aż 400 osób.
Związki zawodowe nie godzą się jednak na zwolnienia.
– Bo naszym zadaniem jest obrona miejsc pracy – mówi Marek Sobociński, szef zakładowej Solidarności.
